Terms of Service
These terms apply to forexatum.com and the services offered by Atum FX ("we", "us"): the Atum EA copy trading service, the SMA Tracker alerts and the guides on this site. By creating an account or using a service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What we provide
Atum FX provides software and information for trading. Atum EA copies trades from our master account to the MetaTrader 4 or 5 account you connect. The SMA Tracker sends informational alerts. The guides are educational.
We are not a broker, an investment adviser or a licensed financial services company. Nothing on this site or in our alerts is personal investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
2. Trading risk
Trading forex and other leveraged products carries a high risk of loss, and you can lose more than you expect. Past results do not predict future results. We do not guarantee any profit or any level of return. You decide whether to use our services and how much to risk, and you are responsible for the results. Read the Risk Disclosure before you start.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to trade in your country.
- Give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You keep your money with your own broker. You choose the broker, and their terms apply to your trading account.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Plans, prices and payment methods are agreed with you before you pay. Contact us on Telegram or at support@forexatum.com for the current plans. Renewal and cancellation terms are agreed together with the plan, before you pay.
5. Acceptable use
Don't copy, resell or redistribute our software, alerts or content without our written permission. Don't try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site.
6. Availability
We work to keep the services running, but we can't promise they will always be available or free of errors. Trades can be delayed or missed because of internet, broker, platform or server problems. We may change or stop a service; if we stop a paid service, we will tell you in advance.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damage arising from the use of our services or this website. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
8. Ending your account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the services after a change, the new terms apply.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law of the country you live in.
