Privacy Policy | Atum FX

This policy explains what personal data Atum FX ("we", "us") collects on forexatum.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We are based in Montenegro. Questions go to support@forexatum.com.

Data we collect

Account data. When you create an account: your name, surname and email address, plus your password. We never store the password itself, only a one-way hash of it.
Session cookie. When you log in, your browser receives one cookie that keeps you logged in until you close the browser or log out. It is strictly necessary for the login to work. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Server logs. Like every website, our hosting server records technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser type. These logs are used for security and to fix errors.
Messages you send us by email or Telegram.

We don't collect payment card details on this website.

Why we use it

To create and run your account and let you log in (needed to provide the service you asked for).
To answer your questions and help you set up the service (needed to provide the service).
To keep the website secure and working (our legitimate interest in running a safe website).

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider stores the website, the account database and the server logs on our behalf.
Telegram and Instagram, if you choose to contact us or follow us there. Their own privacy policies apply to what you share on their platforms.

The website loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. Everything is served from our own server.

How long we keep it

Account data: until you ask us to delete your account.
Session cookie: until you log out or close your browser.
Server logs: for the period our hosting provider keeps them, normally a few weeks.
Messages: as long as needed to help you, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email support@forexatum.com from the address on your account and we will reply within 30 days.

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the data protection authority in Montenegro (Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information). If you live in the EU, you can also contact the data protection authority in your own country.

Security

The website runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, forms are protected against cross-site request forgery, and the login cookie can't be read by scripts. No system is perfectly secure, so use a password you don't use anywhere else.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
